Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms :
By executing a Statement of Work (SOW), paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging in services with Us (the "Consultant"), the client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This Agreement governs all services rendered by the Consultant to the Client.

2. No Guarantee of Results :
We are providing the services in a professional and diligent manner. However, due to the inherent uncertainty and volatility of the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, we provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome, success, or financial results of the Services or any project advised upon.

3. NO LIABILITY FOR MARKET LOSSES :
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of anticipated profits, or market losses, resulting from the Client's reliance on or use of the Services or the outcome of any digital asset project.

4. Client Self-Reliance :
The Client is solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken following the Services, including but not limited to the security of their assets, custody of private keys, smart contract deployment, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1. Invoicing : The Client shall pay our fees specified in the SOW or Invoice. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.

5.2. Payment Methods : We accepts [Specify Fiat Currencies, e.g., USD, EUR] via wire transfer and may accept payments in cryptocurrency (e.g., BTC, ETH).

5.3. Crypto Payment Term : If payment is made in cryptocurrency, the final, agreed-upon value of the payment shall be the Fiat equivalent value of the crypto received at the exact time of confirmation by the us exchange or payment processor, regardless of subsequent market fluctuations.

5.4. Late Payment : Any invoice not paid by the due date may accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest rate permitted by law).

5.5. Refund Policy : All fees are non-refundable once the Services have been rendered, delivered, or commenced, as detailed in the separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Refunds will not be granted for market losses or dissatisfaction with strategic outcomes.

6. Confidentiality :
The Parties agree to treat all non-public information received from the other party as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, project details, financial information, and technical specifications. A separate, more detailed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be required and executed prior to the commencement of sensitive work.
